We are currently testing our new Evi-Lock Evidence Management System with a local law enforcement agency and invite your agency to try it out and provide us with feedback as we finalize development of this much-needed application! Our developers welcome the opportunity to learn of the specific product needs of law enforcement agencies, a practice that results in the best end product!
We have worked with other evidence systems and other agencies to learn what a true Evidence Management System should be. Clearly, an Evidence Management System must independently run without the need for other modules (i.e. - RMS) and offer full functionality for any budget! Our system includes a rich feature set using the latest technology, but also maximizes ease of officer use. We offer bar-code and image capture features, but also provide a full audit trail for each item during the course of evidence custody with secure remote access by an authorized officer to item intake and release.
