Additional annual maintenance and support after the first year is 20% of the original cost and will not increase over time.
Payment terms are as follows: Projects under $20,000 require a purchase order and are billed immediately following contract signing, and before work is scheduled. Projects between $20,000 and $100,000 require 50% payment at contract signing with the remaining 50% upon completion. Projects over $100,000 will have a custom payment schedule included with the contract.
*Physical server is to be provided by the client, Beacon will provide our database schema on the database and server provided by the client.
